Gather information
We start with a conversation about material, size, and shape — most courses land on aluminum for permanence, but we walk you through the options and what each one costs to maintain. Then we send a blank template for you to sketch every hole: fairway shape, tee-to-basket distance, OB lines, mandos, and any elevation worth showing a player who has never thrown the hole. Hand-drawn on paper and photographed with your phone is perfectly fine — we redraw everything from scratch anyway. Course photos help us match the look of the property, but they are not required. If you are selling hole sponsorships to local businesses, this is the moment to start collecting their logos, ideally as vector files or the largest PNG they have.
Design
Once your sketches and logos are in hand, we begin drawing. Every hole gets its own layout built to scale — fairway, hazards, basket position, distance, and par — set in the type and color system your course will carry from here on. Most full sets are designed in two to three days, depending on how many tee positions each hole needs and how many sponsor logos have to be placed. You are not paying for a template with your name dropped in; each sign is drawn for the hole in front of it, which is why a 9-hole course with two tee pads per hole takes about as long as a straightforward 18.
Proofing
We email a PDF of every sign in the set for you to review at full size. This is the stage that catches the things only you would know — a distance measured from the wrong tee pad, a sponsor name spelled two different ways, a mando that moved last season. Mark up anything that needs changing and we revise it; there is no per-round charge for corrections at this stage. Nothing goes to print until you sign off on the final PDF, because once aluminum is printed, it is printed.
Print & delivery
Approved files go to press and print in a couple of days on UV-protected material rated for years of direct sun, then get packed with the corners protected so nothing arrives dented. Shipping is free anywhere in the United States, with no minimum order. From your first email to a box on your doorstep, the whole process runs under two weeks in most cases — including the days spent waiting on you to send sketches or approve a proof, which is usually the longest part.
Inside step four
Approved artwork goes to a flatbed press with UV-curable inks, gets laser-cut to shape with rounded corners, then packed for shipping.

How long does the whole process take?
Under two weeks in most cases, start to finish. The design itself takes two to three days once we have your hole sketches; the rest is proofing, printing, and transit. The single biggest variable is how quickly you return sketches and approve the proof.
What do I need to send you?
A sketch of each hole on the template we provide — fairway shape, distance, par, OB, and mandos — plus sponsor logos if you are selling hole sponsorships. Hand-drawn sketches photographed with a phone are fine. Course photos are welcome but optional. We send you a private upload folder link, so you can drop everything in one place instead of emailing files back and forth — no account needed, and large logo files are no problem.
Can I make changes after seeing the proof?
Yes. Revisions at the proofing stage are included, and nothing prints until you approve the final PDF.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free anywhere in the United States, with no minimum order.
Do you work with 9-hole courses or multiple tee pads?
Both, routinely. Every tee position gets its own sign drawn to scale, so a 9-hole course with two tee pads per hole is designed as eighteen individual signs.
What if my course changes later?
We keep your files. Adding a sign for a new hole, or reprinting one that was damaged, does not mean starting the design over.
